  • As soon as we process your order we will send you an order confirmation via e-mail that will include a UPS tracking number.  You can then track your package through the UPS website. We would appreciate it if you would track your order online; if you have any difficulties please feel free to give us a call.
  • All overnight orders need to be placed no later than 1:00PM PST in order to receive them the next day.  Orders placed Friday by 1:00PM PST for overnight delivery will arrive Monday (unless Monday is a holiday), unless you specifiy Saturday delivery, in which case the delivery charge will be $45.00.
  • Your items may not yet be available, in which case we will contact you by e-mail and let you know that your order is on backorder.  As soon as we receive the backordered item we will ship it to you via your indicated shipping preference. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is complete.
  • Orders will be processed in the order received during the business hours of 9:30AM-5:30PM PST.  To ensure that your item ships out that same day, please place your order by 1:00PM PST.  Orders placed after that may not ship out until the next business day.
  • Exchange Policy: All sales are final. No refunds. We will exchange the size or style only, and it must be within 10 days of your delivery date. The items must still have all the tags in place and must not have been worn, or laundered. In order to do an exchange you'll need to first call us to be assigned an Authorization Number. This Number must be clearly written on the front of the package you return to us, otherwise we cannot accept it. Note - we must recieve the item you are exchanging within 10 days of the time we issued you the return authorization number, after the 10 days the return authorization will be void. Once we receive your return we will first determine that it has been sent back to us in the same perfect condition in which it was shipped to you. Any customer doing excessive exchanges will be taken off of our client list and we would no longer be able purchase from Molly Brown’s. Return shipping charges will be billed to your credit card.
